Do you offer both single-color and two-color injection mold making & injection molding service?
Yes, we specialize in single-color and two-color plastic injection molds, together with supporting injection molding production, serving automotive, medical and electronic industries.
What is the typical lead time for your custom injection molds?
Normal lead time is 25-28 working days. It depends on mold complexity, cavity quantity and whether it is single-color or two-color mold.
Can you develop molds based on our 2D/3D drawings?
Sure. We can design and manufacture custom molds according to your provided 2D or 3D design files.
What payment terms do you provide for mold projects?
We accept T/T payment. Normally 50% deposit to start mold production, and 50% balance before mold delivery.
Do you provide mold trial service?
Yes, we conduct mold trial in-house. We will send trial sample photos and videos for your confirmation before mold shipment.
What is the service life of your injection molds?
Mold service life is determined by mold base material and your expected production volume. We will recommend proper solution for your automotive, medical or electronic project.
Can you handle two-color over-molding projects?
Yes, we have rich experience in two-color over-molding molds for automotive parts, medical components and electronic housings.
Do you provide injection molding production besides mold making?
Yes, we supply both mold manufacturing and mass injection molding service for your finished plastic parts.
What documents will you deliver together with finished molds?
We will provide mold drawings, trial report and relevant technical documents upon mold completion.
Is mold modification available after mold completion?
Minor mold revision is acceptable. We will evaluate technical feasibility and provide a separate quotation for modification work.
Can you make molds for medical-grade plastic components?
Yes, we have experience making molds for medical plastic parts, we will follow your special requirements on mold design and processing.
How do you control mold and part quality?
Strict inspections are carried out in every processing stage, from mold base machining to final mold trial and part checking.
